Directions: Adults:50 drops in a glass of water once a day. For post-prandial meteorism: 50 drops in a little water 10 minutes before lunch and supper.

Ingredients: Amount per 50 drops: Fresh Red Spruce Extract (bud) 1.0 ml. Other ingredients:glycerin, alcohol (39% by volume), purified water.
