The Primacy Eye Balm is a luxurious cream in a rich matte base that firms, tones, and adds emolliency to the delicate, moisture-deprived eye area. In addition to Triple Age Defense, it contains marine-derived Gorgonian Extract, a natural anti-inflammatory that reduces the appearance of puffiness, and Alpha Bisabolol, a soothing agent derived from the chamomile plant.

Directions: Once or twice daily, apply Primacy Eye Balm to the area under the eyes and the brow area, avoiding eyelids. Recommended for mature skin types.
